OnGuard Systems -- Training Provider

NORMI™ has become the official approved training provider for OnGuard Systems. As the training provider, each of the dealers, inspectors and affiliated contractors will be trained and certified to market and service the unique OnGuard Guarantee.

The NORMI™ Certified Moisture Control Professional is the OnGuard Systems Authorized Dealer who is licensed, by county, to service and market the OnGuard Guarantee	The NORMI™ Certified Moisture Control Inspector is hired by the CMCP to service and market the OnGuard Guarantee within the territory. The Inspector performs the initial and annual inspection.	The NORMI™ Certified Moisture Control Contractor is an affiliated contractor hired by the CMCP to service and market the OnGuard Guarantee with the territory.

OnGuard Systems uses a licensed program called the Authorized Dealer to deploy its services. The program includes curated products, services, operations and market penetration training and is accompanied by the necessary tools, support and technology needed for turnkey success. Education for the program begins at the individual level through our onsite and/or online training portal with scheduled live nationwide group support. The NORMI™ training is tailored for the various positions and responsibilities within a company and includes "catalogs" for Owners, Management, Supervisor, Sales, Marketing and Technician staff. Upon completion, each individual receives a certificate of course completion and is NORMI™ Certified.

Class schedule for the NORMI™ Certified Moisture Control Professional is a two-day onsite training covering the program, management software, moisture control, inspection processes and marketing. The CMCP may invite members of the inspection team to attend beginning the second half of the first day and the following day. This enables both professionals to familiarize themselves with the NORMI™, OnGuard and mold industry language and techniques utilized to service and market the guarantee. Online training is provided for the affiliated contractor once selected by the CMCP.
